1. Registration & Payment:

 

• Participation is confirmed only after full payment and completion of the registration form.

• Workshop fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in case of cancellation by Minitails Co.

 2. Rescheduling & Cancellation:

 

• If a participant is unable to attend, rescheduling is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• If Minitails Co. cancels the workshop for any reason, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a future batch.

• The workshop will be conducted live (online or offline as specified). Recordings or replays are not provided to encourage active participation.

• Access to workshop sessions is strictly for registered participants only. Sharing access, screenshots, or content is prohibited.

 4. Respectful Conduct & Ethics:

• Participants are expected to approach animal communication with respect, sensitivity, and integrity.

• Disruptive behavior, disrespect toward animals, other participants, or the facilitator may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

• All materials provided (PDFs, slides, meditations, etc.) are the intellectual property of Minitails Co. and are for personal use only.

• Any reproduction, distribution, or teaching of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
   

 6. Workshop Outcomes:

 

• Animal communication is a skill developed over time. While the workshop provides tools and guidance, results depend on individual practice and dedication.

• The workshop is for educational purposes only & Minitails Co. makes no guarantees of professional success or specific outcomes.
   

 7. Privacy & Data Use:

• Participant details shared during registration or practice sessions will be kept confidential and used only for workshop-related communication.

• Personal data collected during registration will only be used for workshop-related communication and not shared with third parties.

• All shared photos of animals or personal experiences during the workshop must be done with consent and discretion.

8. Technology Requirements (For Online Workshops):

• Participants are responsible for having access to a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and Zoom or Google Meet as required.

• Technical difficulties on the participant’s end will not be considered a valid reason for refunds or rescheduling.

9. No Recording Clause (Clarified):

• Participants are strictly prohibited from recording audio, video, or screen-sharing any part of the sessions. This is to maintain the privacy of shared experiences and the integrity of the content.

10. Use of Photos & Testimonials:

• By participating in the workshop, you consent to Minitails Co. using any feedback, testimonials, or workshop photos (if shared with consent) for educational or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing.

11. Certificates:

• Certificates will be awarded only to participants who complete all sessions and exercises as required.
