1. Nature of Healing:

All healing sessions offered by Minitails Co. are intuitive, energy-based services conducted remotely through telepathic communication and/or pendulum dowsing. These sessions are supportive in nature and are not a replacement for veterinary care, medical treatment, or clinical diagnosis. They are intended to assist the being’s natural energetic balance and overall well-being

 2. Consent and Free Will:

 

Healing is only offered with:

• ​Informed consent from the animal’s guardian.

• Energetic or telepathic consent from the animal or being receiving the session.

• Consent of animal’s guardian and animal/being both is mandatory.

If consent is not received, the session will not proceed. In such cases, the client will be informed, and either rescheduling or partial refund may be considered as applicable.

 

3. Booking and Timelines:

• All sessions must be booked in advance.

• The date of healing will be shared with the client at the time of confirmation.

• Most sessions are completed within 2 to 5 working days from booking, unless communicated otherwise.

 4. Session Report and Feedback:

​

A brief summary will be provided after each session. This may include:
 

• The energetic focus of the session.

• Areas of imbalance or healing that were addressed.

• Intuitive messages or observations (if any)

• Post-healing care suggestions, if required.

Please note: energetic changes may be subtle or may integrate over several days.

 5. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

 

• Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of booking if the session has not yet commenced.

• Once a session has started, no refunds will be issued.

• If the animal or being does not consent to receive the healing, the session will not be forced. In this case, a 50% service charge will be retained for the time and energy invested.
   

 6. Follow-Up and Continuity:

• For chronic, deep-rooted, or multi-layered concerns, more than one session may be recommended.

• Follow-up sessions can be booked after a minimum of 7 days from the last healing, unless intuitively advised otherwise.
   

 7. Ethics and Confidentiality:

​

• All healing sessions are held in a confidential and respectful manner.

• No animal is ever judged, diagnosed, or forced into healing.

• Minitails Co. upholds the principles of energetic ethics, non-interference, and unconditional respect in every session.
   

 8. Results and Expectations:

Healing is not a guaranteed outcome; it is a supportive process. Observable changes may include increased calmness, energetic shifts, behavioral improvements, or emotional release. However, responses vary based on the being’s readiness, openness, and the nature of the issue being addressed.​
